The LAST GUN SHOP in Minneapolis Even though guns are legal products, and gun sellers are legal businesses, Koscielski's Guns and Ammo, at 2926 Chicago Ave. S. is being effectively "zoned" out of business by the city. It has been painful and costly for Koscielski, and it will force Minneapolis residents to travel out of the area in search of legal self-defense products. |
