Why... it's a HORSE SALE! On Midway, no private motorized vehicles were allowed,
so everybody (officers too) owned and rode bicycles... nicknamed "horses".
Interestingly, big tough sailors usually chose "female" bikes, often with baskets.
When a bike is ones primary transportation, practicality reigns. Women's bikes
are much easier to mount and dismount.
